Our basic model
Micro STUDIO;
Easy to install in any backyard; ideal for a gym, kids playground, office or whatever extra needed space that you may have, ... or just a separate space from the main house. A multi-purpose space, provided with a practical split A/C unit.
Based in a 20ft maritime shipping container with only one cut to place a rear window, keeping the strength of the original metal box structure, adding an extension platform that could be folded up for transport.
This unit could be placed in a cement slab, concrete, metal or wooden footings, leveled gravel field and more !!...
The module is ready to be connected to an extension of the home's electric service.
Exterior special features
*Double metal Roof; oversized, extended on each end, in order to protect the main door and rear window from the weather, while boosting the "R" thermal value with an air chamber, as well as giving a seamless transition between the inside space and the outside world.
*Double front Wall; conformed by special panels that bring a pleasant visual look as well as a better thermal protection for energy efficiency.
*Extension Deck; foldable for transport or safety, project the inner space to the outside, adding a place to relax al fresco when weather permits.
