Versatile layout
Storm Shelter; easy to install in a backyard or anywhere; complete with a practical kitchenette area, toilet, shower, split A/C unit and multipurpose space. This unit could be upgraded with an off-grid package (service module) or being setup ready to be connected to an extension of the home's services.
Strong box enclosure
Based in a 20ft maritime shipping container with only one cut to place a rear window (that's works a an extra emergency exit), keeping the strength of the original metal box structure, adding an extension platform that could be folded up for transport.
This unit could be anchored in a cement slab, concrete, metal or wooden footings, leveled gravel field... also practical wheels could be attached just to move it around your place !!... (not suitable to move it on public road or highways)
Special features
*Double metal Roof; oversized, extended on each end, in order to protect the main door and rear window from the weather, while boosting the "R" thermal value with an air chamber, as well as giving a seamless transition between the inside space and the outside world.

*Double front Wall; conformed by special panels that bring a pleasant visual look as well as a better thermal protection for energy efficiency.

*Extension Deck; foldable for transport or safety, project the inner space to the outside, adding a place to relax al fresco when weather permits.

*Optional Off-Grid package; service module attached with holding tanks, generator, solar module, batteries and a solar panel array on the roof.
